Mini-Haul
II
The Mini-Haul II machine is the most powerful of our Mini-Haul
machines. It is powered by an 85 horsepower, liquid cooled,
turbo charged John Deere diesel engine. This machine has the
power to get a fully loaded dirt pan (Approximately 3 ½
yard capacity/ 7,000 lbs) across rugged terrain to a designated
dumping or unloading site. The Mini-Haul II machine utilizes
it's hydraulic system to load, unload and transport dirt pans
and accessories. It operates with an efficiency that will
save our cemetery customers time, labor costs and many safety
hazards that come with typical gravesite digs.
The Mini-Haul II machine is simple to operate and highly maneuverable
around monuments, markers and shrubs with its articulation
style power steering and short wheel base. The flotation tires
installed on this machine along with the four wheel constant
power hydrostatic drive decreases wheel spin or scuffing when
turning or maneuvering on turf. This also permits the machine
with a fully loaded dirt pan to travel over turf, even in
wet or frozen conditions with limited effects to the cemetery
grounds. This machine comes standard with cab enclosure (safety
glass), windshield wipers, heater/ defroster and removable
side window and door. It also comes standard with a Hi-Lo
feature which proves to be a real time saver when traveling
over longer distances. The Mini-Haul II machine is one of
the most durable, reliable and maneuverable machines of comparable
size and use on the market today.

Mini-Haul C
The Mini-Haul C machine was designed as a compact alternative
to the Mini-Haul II machine. This machine has a powerful 46
horsepower air cooled Deutz diesel engine. The power of this
engine allows this machine to easily travel across rugged terrain
with a fully loaded dirt pan (Approximately 2 yard capacity/
4,000 lbs) to a designated dumping or unloading site.
The Mini-Haul C machine is similar to the Mini-Haul II machine
as it also utilizes it's hydraulic system to load, unload and
transport dirt pans plus has remote hydraulic outlets and mounting
brackets that can be used with many accessories. This machine
operates with the same efficiency as the Mini-Haul II machine
that saves our cemetery customers time, labor costs and many
safety hazards that come with typical gravesite digs. This machine
also comes standard with the Hi-Lo feature which proves to be
a real time saver when traveling over longer distances. The
Mini-Haul C machine is simple to operate and highly maneuverable
around monuments, markers and shrubs with it's articulation
style power steering and short wheel base.
Although the design and operation of the Mini-Haul C machine
is similar to the Mini-Haul II machine there is one distinct
difference. The size of the Mini-Haul C machine is approximately
60% in both dimensions and weight. This dimension and weight
downsize allows our cemetery customers with older burial sites
better maneuverability around more sporadic gravesite locations,
markers and monuments. It also is favorable to certain geographical
customers who encounter constant inclement weather conditions.
The decreased weight of this machine, the 15" wide high
flotation tires and the articulated power steering minimizes
the effects to the cemetery grounds. In addition, the decreased
weight will reduce the need for plywood boards to drive on as
protection as the machine travels with a fully loaded dirt pan
across soft soil conditions. The Mini-Haul C is one of the most
durable, reliable and maneuverable machines of comparable size
and use on the market today.

Pull-Haul
Pull-Haul machines were designed for our cemetery customers
that already have a tractor on site. The Pull-Haul machines
operate with the same loading and unloading procedures as
the Mini-Haul II machines and the Mini-Haul C machines. The
difference with the Pull-Haul machines is that they are pulled
behind a tractor, powered and operated by the tractor's hydraulics
and controls.
Pull Haul machines are fabricated with lightweight, high strength
steel tubing and can be built to accept both Mini-Haul II
machine and Mini-Haul C machine dirt pans and accessories.
A fully loaded Mini-Haul II dirt pan/ Pull-Haul combination
weighs approximately 10,000 lbs. A fully loaded Mini-Haul
C dirt pan/ Pull-Haul combination weighs approximately 6,000
lbs.(consult your tractor manufacturer to verify that the
size of the tractor used is sufficient to safely tow and operate
our Pull-Haul machines)
Pull-Haul
machines are more maneuverable behind a tractor than other
pull behind machines of comparable use and size. The maneuverability
of the Pull-Haul machine and the tractor as a whole is
variable depending on the size of the tractor and the
experience of the operator. These machines are equipped
with the same high flotation tires that we use on the
Mini-Haul C machines to limit damage to the cemetery grounds.
Pull-Haul machines allow Mini-Haul Inc. to introduce our
cemetery customers to the " Mini-Haul System".
These machines give our customers the ability to take
advantage of the time and labor cost savings of our system
without sacrificing the usable life of their current equipment.
Pull-Haul machines are one of the most durable, reliable
and maneuverable pull behind machines of comparable size
and use on the market today. |
